name if your issue is related to your account.
We also have a live helpdesk IRC channel (manned by volunteers mostly)
which you can access with our web-based
IRC client.
If you are having problems emailing us or otherwise contacting us,
please fill out this form and it will send a message to helpdesk on
your behalf (This will guarantee delivery of your message). If you
are having trouble receiving mail to your Cotse account, please list
an active email address - this is where the reply will be sent.
